Tampered Packaging

If you receive your order with tampered or meddled outer packaging, kindly capture a video and share it with us for further assistance.

Return Guidelines

To maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of our Return Policy, we adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All returned items must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all tags, stickers, labels and packaging.

  • Products showing signs of being broken or tampered by you cannot be accepted.

  • When returning a product, please ensure it is safely and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit. (For example, if a complaint was raised for wrong product delivery and the item sent back gets damaged during transit, we may not be able to replace the original product.)

Return Procedures

  • For incorrect goods received, please contact us via email within 48 hours after delivery to initiate the refund or replacement process.

  • In the case of defective or damaged products covered under seller warranty, in such cases, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer or the brand directly through their respective Toll-Free numbers.

Replacement/Refund Timelines

  • Upon receiving your returned product, our verification team will conduct a quality check.

  • Replacement process will be initiated within 5 business days after receipt of the product.

  • Refund process: Typically takes 5-7 business days after approval of our verification team.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-11 business days.

Shipping Charges for COD Orders

Please note that only the product amount will be refunded for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
